Tribunal Representation

 

If an employee presents a claim to an employment tribunal it is important for an employer to take advice to ensure the best possible opportunity of successfully defending the claim. Employers only have 28 days in which to respond to a claim and any failure to respond within the time limits could lead to a judgment in favour of the Claimant.

Emplex lawyers will engage in early negotiations with the Claimant to try to resolve the issue s soon as possible.
